The surface treatment process of sink is as follows:

(1) Wiredrawing surface

The surface of the Stainless Steel Sink is repeatedly drawn by a wire drawing device. Because it is directly drawn on the surface of the stainless steel sink, the requirements for the plate will also be higher. It combines the advantages of sanding process and polishing mirror surface. The surface has fine wiredrawing traces, fine and smooth touch, and good hand feel. Scratch and abrasion resistant, beautiful and easy to take care of. The surface is easy to get greasy, but it is better to wipe. Do not use sharp tools such as steel wire balls when cleaning, which may damage the surface.
(2) Pearl face
It is also called pearl silver surface, matte surface, and pearl matte surface. First, sandblasting the surface of the Kitchen Sink, and then conducting chemical electrolyte surface treatment (the principle is similar to electroplating). The process is the simplest, with small technical content and low production cost. Therefore, the price is relatively low. It is oil stain resistant, but not scratch resistant. The surface is easy to scratch, and the coating will fall off in serious cases. It is not recommended to choose this kind of sink.
(3) Frosted surface
Use small sand particles to smash the surface of the stainless steel kitchen sinks evenly and at a high speed to make the surface evenly form tiny grooves. It is generally required that the wall thickness of the plate shall not be too thin, and the stainless steel sink with integrated drawing shall be treated more frequently by this process. It is scratch resistant and wear-resistant, improving the hardness of the stainless steel sinks surface. But the corrosion resistance is low and easy to rust.
(4) Embossed surface
Press regular patterns on the surface of the stainless steel sink, or directly use embossed plates to press, and then use pearl surface treatment for surface treatment. The visual effect is good. It is stain resistant, wear-resistant and fingerprint resistant. Some people worry that the lampblack in the kitchen will deposit dirt in the pattern, which is difficult to clean. Some embossed surface sinks will use food grade nano non stick "paint", which is not easy to attach oil stains.
(5) Specular surface

The surface of the stainless steel sink is repeatedly polished to make the surface look like a mirror. The new mirror sink looks good, but it may get worse the longer you use it. Scratches are extremely easy to form during use. It needs to be scrubbed frequently, otherwise it is easy to be stained with oil and fingerprints, affecting the appearance.
